Meet Jane Butler
Jane has spent the last 20 years leading talent and early careers teams globally for some of the world's largest organisations. During this time she has seen firsthand how little many students actually know about the reality of the careers they're considering, and the disconnect that exists between education and the commercial world.
When she looked for something to close that gap, she found the opposite problem to what she expected. There is no shortage of career information out there. What's missing is a way to find it that actually works for how young people consume information today. That's what led her to found The 20 Minute Career, a careers library that meets students where they already are, on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with parents and educators able to go deeper through long-form episodes.
